Do you have a team that you want to collaborate with on bundleIQ?
If yes, then this post is for you.

Effective communication is all about understanding. Here are some words that you need to understand before we begin.

Our Lexicon

  • Workspace — a virtual space to store company-wide content
  • Bundle — a collection of documents by topic or category
  • Note — a document inside bundleIQ
  • Tag — a function that allows you to filter notes
  • Discussion — a conversation attached to a note
  • ‘IQ — an Artificial Intelligence that you can use to resurface your notes.

Managing Your Teams

Now that you’re familiar with our lexicon take a moment to sign up for an account if you haven’t done so already — www.app.bundleiq.com/sign-up.

If you are the workspace owner and you would like to invite your team members to work with you in bundleIQ, start by creating a bundle. Your bundle name should be a topic or a category representing the kind of notes you will make together — Marketing, Board Meetings, Design, Research, or a project name like Alpha II.

When inviting members to bundles, consider how you want to work together. bundleIQ gives you the option to break your bundles into different teams. For example, the Marketing bundle could have Members A, B, and C, and the Design bundle could have Members A, C, and E. We did this to provide privacy; you do not have to make bundles available to everyone in the company.

How to create a bundle and invite members.

bundleIQ is a place where ideas, thoughts, and strategies flourish across an organization. Whether you’re walking to the car and needing a place to write something down, or you are sitting in a meeting, notes can be created with ease. The collective experience happens when notes are created and published to bundles with team members in them. Here’s how to make a new note, share it with a bundle, and set permissions.

Create and share notes with your team.

If members have iPhones, they can download our app on the App Store to use in the field. Using bundleIQ on your mobile device comes with its perks. When a team member publishes a note to a bundle you are in, you will get a notification on your phone. To access the notice, swipe down from the top of the screen and tap on the bundleIQ message.

For those without iPhones, unfortunately, we do not have a web-based notification center yet.

Not to worry, we are all capable of requesting that others support our work by messaging them via email or messenger and asking them to view the note and provide feedback in the form of a discussion.

Discussing Content in bundleIQ

The ability to keep conversations contextually relevant to the content you’re creating is, by far, one of our most compelling features. Context can be quickly lost when teams choose to email back and forth or manage conversations in personal chat threads.

Using bundleIQ’s Discuss functionality, teams can leave comments on notes and mention each other inside a single thread.
