Guys, we are so damn close to launching ‘IQ, our AI assistant. First, I want to tell you what we’re doing to remedy the bug in the system, and second, I want to share some valuable insights regarding how ‘IQ can improve your work.
We’re currently debugging the indexer, so new notes get picked up by the Chrome Extension. Content published in bundleIQ before August 2020 is being indexed, but notes after that date are not. As a result, we can’t ship this version because it wouldn’t work for customers with new accounts.
The good news is that this quality assurance process has given us more time to polish our product upgrade flow. And by polish, we mean the kind of attention to detail you get at an airport shoeshine (if that’s still a thing).

Using Natural Language Processing, it extracts keywords to determine relevant topics then automatically searches for complimentary notes and Wikipedia results in your database. This process keeps you from having to stop what you’re doing to do anything else.
